How to cook Braised Tofu with Bok Choy | Easy Tofu Recipe
My new favorite way to eat tofu! This Braised Tofu with Bok Choy features golden pan-fried tofu squares and bok choy, simmered in a deeply savory soy based sauce. The tofu soaks in all of these gorgeous flavors, leaving you with a gourmet, yet weeknight-friendly dish!

Braised Tofu with Bok Choy
Ingredients:
400g firm tofu
1 clove garlic
1 red onion
3 bunches of bok choy
1 bunch of spring onion
1/2 cup cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp olive oil for pan frying
Sauce:
250ml veggie stock
1 tbsp cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
garnish with garlic chips and sesame seeds

      Me ha salido un poco salado, utilicé salsa soja ligera pero el caldo llevaba sal.Le añadimos unas setas frescas y ha resultado un plato muy atractivo. Acompañado de arroz compensó el exceso salado...la próxima vez tendremos el detalle en cuenta. Gracias por tu receta❤

      For texture like this, I recommend to use sweet potato powder. You may also use cornstarch instead

    The main reasons i get discouraged on making my own tofu dishes are knowing what brands and forms of tofu are best suited to attain the right textures i want in a meal! Looks great though! Makes me crave the real thing now lol! cheers

    I bet it's good but the floor in the steak couldn't cook so i think if you replace the floor in the steak with breadcrumbs it would taste better and be lighter on your stomach.
